15 years celebration

In 2025 the International Union of Geological Sciences - Initiative on Forensic Geology is organizing an international conference to celebrate the 15th anniversary of IUGS-IFG, an organization dedicated to the geoscientific analysis of crime scenes, assisting law enforcement agencies worldwide. The event will be held from May 21 to May 23, 2025 in Rome.

The event will be held from May 21 to May 23, 2025, in Rome and it will be 2 days of traditional meeting and 1 day on-site with a field training.

conference Venue

The conference will be held in the city center of Rome. 

Spazio Europa is a public space located in the center of Rome, managed by the European Parliament's Office in Italy and the European Commission Representation in Italy, with the aim of promoting knowledge and debate on European issues, particularly those of interest to young people.

FIELD TRAINING VENUE

The Field Training venue will be held in a dedicated area far from the city center but well connected through public transportation at the INGV.
